He was until recently Chairman of AIM-listed Star Energy which he chaired from IPO until its acquisition by Petronas. He is also a Director of TQ Group Ltd. |

| Michael Cochran is Senior Technical Adviser to LCM UK, and has over 40 years experience of the oil and gas business. Previously he was Senior Vice-President, Strategy and Planning and Head of Worldwide Exploration for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Prior to his time at Anadarko, Michael was with Gulf Oil Company in Africa, South America and the US. |

| John Hamilton is Managing Director of LCM UK and was previously Group Finance Director of Imperial Energy Corporation PLC, the Russia-focused oil exploration and production company which was acquired by the Indian state-owned energy firm, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, for US$2 billion in January 2009. Prior to joining Imperial Energy, John held senior positions at ABN AMRO. |

| David Wake-Walker spent over 25 years in financial services management, principally in corporate banking, prior to taking on a number of private equity, trading and corporate advisory roles. He has served as a non-executive Director for numerous companies, both in the UK and overseas, including as Chairman. |

| Ed Childers joined Meridian in December 2007. He is an engineer with over 35
years experience in the oil and gas industry, most of it in the US. He began
his career managing drilling and production operations for Texas Oil & Gas
Corporation in East Texas and along the Gulf Coast. Subsequently he worked
in senior roles for a number of companies, large and small, with
responsibility for extensive drilling, completion and production programmes
and for acquisitions, capital budgets and cost controls. He has also worked
in Europe, Algeria and West Africa. He has extensive experience of the
geology, engineering and infrastructure in the areas where Meridian
operates, in particular, Louisiana, where the East Lake Verret and Calvin
Fields are located. He is based at the Company's offices in Michigan.
