The East White Lake oil and gas field is located in Vermilion Parish, some 80 miles west of East Lake Verret.

The field lies in shallow inland waters and has been in production for many years. Gross production from five wells is currently 200 bbls/day of oil and 1.0 mmcf/day of natural gas having been increased by the drilling of two new wells and the workover of an existing producer. President Petroleum has a 25% working interest in these wells (21.875% net revenue interest). Further development activity is underway.
